Direct Assistance

You may submit an email to gain assistance. Please note that this is not an additional appeal stage. These procedures do not replace or override policies and procedures of the colleges and units. Student complaints and appeals will be reported to, and tracked by, the appropriate Vice President’s Office.

Complaint and Appeal Assistance: If you are not sure to what office to submit your concern, submit an email to studentcomplaints@ololcollege.edu. You will be advised about the appropriate office to contact.

Complaint Tracking: If you have completed formal complaint or appeal process in a college school or other unit but wish to add more information for the record, please send an email to student studentcomplaints@ololcollege.edu. Please note that this does not constitute an appeal of any decisions made through an official complaint or appeal process.
